AAS Strum Session 2 "Sonar Edition"
I have a VST called AAS Strum Session 2 "Sonar Edition," which I apparently came bundled with Sonar at some point. How does this differ from the AAS Strum GS-2? Am I missing any core features by using the bundled version, and if so is there an upgrade path? Thanks.

Thanks to both of you, although Snehankur's link didn't work.

You are correct, however I had already found the product on my own. Cakewalk is not offering a discount, but GS-2 can be found for $99 directly from AAS, or from Sweetwater. Seems like a pretty good deal. Thanks for your help.

Hangdog Cat Cakewalk is not offering a discount,
Are you sure Cakewalk are not offering a discount for AAS Strum GS-2? When I go into my Cakewalk account and then to the Cakewalk store and click "buy now" for AAS Strum GS-2, I see I can get it for $AU69.79 (which converts to $US53.63)

I've just gotta chime in here. I have been having a blast with Strum Session 2 "Sonar" since upgrading to Platinum. I'm not a guitar player, so my opinion might be questionable. But I have never heard a sampled guitar that sounded realistic to my ears. This whole modeling thing is a major step forward. I have been using the Strum Session 2 Bank/Program "Electric/Shiny Electric" and inserting TH3-Cakewalk into that instrument track. Such fun!!! Never been able to shred like that before with a keyboard, LOL!!! Now if I can just acquire the talent that AAS dude has that does their demo videos :-) So much fun in fact that I have maybe neglected the other new features in Platinum. Well worth the cost of the Platinum upgrade for the AAS and other plugin upgrades! Now I just need one more softsynth :-) Maybe GS-2?
