ACT module focus is not working correctly on Console View Prochannel Flyout

Load some vsts in a track's prochannel flyout and use an act controller or better yet just install the act controller control surface and enable act so you can see the module focus name change as you click around Sonar. That act name will be perfect if you mouse the strip, a strip's fx bin or a strip's inspector prochannel strip. But the prochannel flyout will not track as well. Sometimes a vst in the flyout will be altogether ignored when you click it gui - other times, and more often than now, it will say Track Eq. - The flyout likes to get stuck on that. ;-)
 
I don't know how long this has been going on but it is now.
I need to make a video. maybe tomorrow.
