AD 2 problems w/SP Ipswich

post Ipswich install, AD2 crashing Sonar Producer.
 
Checked locations of AD2 dlls, all looks right.
occasionally Sonar will load AD2, but often not (crashes after synth property page), and certainly will not reload a project with AD2 in it.
