AD Drum Maps Platinum

I have noticed that there is still a "bug" with the drum maps.
1. There is no default when you choose AD
2. If you load a drum map over existing step seq patterns it does not show the events.
 
Is there any work around for this.  This has been hanging around since AD was offered with Sonar.
