I remember seeing a clip of her on Jools Holland very early in her career before, apparently, she'd discovered the wonders of liquor and medicinals. She was very good.

She should change her name to "Amy (theres bugs on my arm) Gintub"... and someone should beat the crap out of her enablers and threaten to make them very sorry if they ever return. She needs someone who is strong enough to step up and put a big arse foot on her and straighten her out before she follows Janis, Jim, and Jimi... but alas it will take someone who really cares and who can take some real abuse... but man, she needs it.... BAD. She looks like she is a drunk meth head. She may as well come on stage naked... then maybe peple wont notice her poor performance. Julien

I'm not familiar with her work, but to be a 5-time Grammy Award Winner, she must have had some talent at one point in her career. It's sad to see how fame ruins so many people.

+1 Anyone around her that claims they've been concerned for her welfare for the last 10 years should own up and declare that what they are doing ain't working and ain't likely to. She is primarily a bog standard, cross addicted lush and needs to be treated as such, well before any underlying promise of a music career gets mentioned. And I say that with real empathy and love.
