ARC 1.31 crashing

Hi there.  I am having a bunch of issues with ARC. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall, yet once complete, if I try to use the VST, I get a "cannot load vst" type message and then sonar crashes.  I installed both the 32 and 64 bit versions, but sonar only shows the 64 bit version in the Plugin manager --  yet it seems that the "cannot load" message is referring to the 32 bit version (the path in the message has program files (x86).
 
Any advice on how to reinstall properly or get this baby to work again?  I opened a ticket with IK but have not heard back and thought I would try the wonderful, helpful, kind, generous and well-bred Sonar community.
