ARC 2 Mono Switch isn't working?

ARC 2 Mono Switch isn't working?

Pure weirdness. I am a new user to ARC 2 although had it a while. I was able to switch from stereo to mono but for the life of me I CANNOT SWITCH IT BACK TO STEREO! Is there a trick to it? Actually embarrassing :-P Anyone had difficulty?
 
I appreciate any direction!

    I'm able to switch back/forth without problems.  It is a VERY long drag before it switches though

    Thx, BobF. I assume one clicks on the blue/greenish "light" and, as you say, drag it to Stereo. Right? This is maddening!

    If you're in mono, click-drag the knob straight up.  You'll have to drag a lot further than you think you should.  You don't have to click the blue light, the center of the knob works fine.
