AS: what am I doing wrong?

I am having no joy.
 
This project has a short audio clip with adjusted transients.
It is not a bundle because transients are removed.
 
Any ideas as to how to set project tempo from the clip?  To align the beats?

    I wouldn't even bother to use Audiosnap. Just set the Now time at the last big transient, hit Shift+M to open Set Measure/Beat at Now, and tell SONAR that's measure 4, Beat 4. I got 68.43BPM, using SONAR's placement of that last transient marker (no need to enable AS, just Tab to the invisible transient marker).
     
    Using AS and Set project from Clip at Clip resolution (the drop-down to the right of the button), I got 68.09. Either will probably be acceptable. I think the latter is more of an average of every beat, but I prefer to set the overall tempo basedd on the last beat, and then set additional beats in between if necessary; I don't think it is in this case.

    SONAR Platinum x64, 2x MOTU 2408/PCIe-424  (24-bit, 48kHz)
    Win10, I7-6700K @ 4.0GHz, 24GB DDR4, 2TB HDD, 32GB SSD Cache, GeForce GTX 750Ti, 2x 24" 16:10 IPS Monitors
