ATTENTION: i7 owners! Please post your project details and resulting cpu usage

Ok, so while I try to get my DAW up and running, I'd like to get a list of those running i7 CPU setups to see what they are running in their projects and what kind of cpu usage they are getting. I'd like to sort of get a ballpark of what to look for/expect (b/c right now I'm getting crappy results). For example, list:

-track count
-what kind of plugs and how many
-how many sends
-virtual synths
-your buffer settings at those readings

Please report your cpu usuage when the project is "playing". And also, please report what your cpu usage is when the project is "stopped". I need to see some numbers and I think this thread would be good for others too.  It would help if your system specs were in your signature so please, have that listed.

Thank you so much. The more the merrier!

It's not what we're doing, it's how you do it :)
