AUDIO TRACK TEMPLATE

I made a template for my new projects and setup almost everything I need for a new project. There is one thing that I couldn't figure it out. I want to each time I add a new audio track, it automatically comes with a send for my headphones and I don't have to add it each time I insert a new audio track.
In my template, I have a BUS for just my headphone splitter and I want to send all my tracks to this BUS to have a better control for my headphones. At this point anytime I add an audio track I have to manually add this send to my track to send it to my headphones BUS.

A quick workaround would be to select (highlight) all of your tracks you want to send to the bus and while holding down the control key, insert the send on one of the tracks and it will automatically inset it on all of them. (I actually had to do this last night to send my drum tracks to a parallel compression bus. Works great!!!).

Have you looked into Track Templates?
I don't use them, but would assume you can set one track up with routing (and fx, etc) and save as a template.  Then just add a Track Template instead of an Audio Track.
