Those are DX plugs. AFAIK: if you're using 32-bit Sonar X1, they should all work. If you're using 64-bit Sonar, some may not work. I'd hang onto them in case they make improvements to BitBridge that allows them all to work in 64-bit.

Thanks for reply, I am using 32 bit. I tried copying to C: folder and rescanning but seem to keep getting the missing or improperly installed message. I'll keep plugin away at it.

You can scan forever but they won't be found as they are Active X files which need to be registered on the system as DirectX files.  They normally reside in the Shared plugins folder under your Cakewalk installation folder.

You can re-install them easily by just selecting those plug-ins you are missing, and nothing else, from the list of items available to install the original installer.

That should put them in the right place and add the appropriate registry entries for them to show up.

The VST scanner part of the plug-in manager will not find anything other than VST/VSTi's although the plugin manager itself will show all types of plugs that are available.
