Buying plugins is sort of like eating Oreos: there's always room for one more!

That's funny!!  A plugin fast - how long would most of us last? I'm not thinking 40 days / 40 nights.

Thanks for asking Zo! I feel FANTASTIC! About two years ago I was super healthy and fit being in ketosis and eating a ketogenec diet. I really wanted to kick-start ketosis again and a friend talked to me about his fasting experience.

Right now, I feel very energetic with a calm sense of well being - I'm handling stress much better than before the fast. I'm so glad I did it, and I'm now in ketosis and back on my path...
