Ableton Live and Z3TA+2_ Not working after saving reloading song

Hi,
So I was making a track yesterday, with Z3TA+2 loaded on three channels. After loading the track today, Z3TA has stopped working. It plays for about 10 seconds then the sound fades and goes completely quite.
My other synths are working fine. So to test, I delete all the automation on all three Z3TA channels, reload the synth, save, restart Ableton ect...Z3TA still wont work. I then made a new project, loaded Z3TA, played a few notes, saved, then quit and loaded again, still the same problem. I'm on win7 64, but running in 32. Got all the latest drivers for pc/soundcard. Anyone else having this problem?

forgot to mention, I'm on Ableton Suite 8.2.2

    Hi – I tried to replicate your fault. Recorded two tracks around 40 seconds with the Z3TA+2, saved, reloaded - fine. Just in-case something to do with another VST, I added a track with FM8, saved and reloaded – fine!

    Only difference I can see I'm running on Vista 64 bit, Live 8.2.1, Z3TA 32 bit. I'm not so sure about 8.2.2 a few post makes me think it maybe a little flaky.
