About Midi in Sonar Platinum

I'm a Composer/Cakewalk User since cakewalk professional in 1994.
I have made all my compositions on Cakewalk/Sonar until version 8.5 (Midi and Audio), and It still working excellent with me.
Last Year I purchased Sonar Platinum
I saw a big difference in working with Midi... there are no "Notes figures", only values (1/4, 1/16 etc...)... I Don't know why...
and the music writing on the 8.5 and earlier was very easy for me... now it's complicated a little bit... Maybe it's easier to do it now, but do You have any videos about midi entries on Platinum? how to enter notes with staff? not only with the piano roll?
How can I change the clip names... etc
Do you have plans to integrate a notation software/plugin? (like finale or something else?)
Do you have plans to integrate a midi fine tune scale (for eastern scales) in Sonar, to use eastern scales and change the pitch of some notes (-50hz, -25hz, +50 hz... etc)?
