Actually now heres a funny story.
When I signed up to a property agent recently, they misheard my first name as Barbara (demn English people who have never heard foreign names). I corrected them and spelt out my full name.
They still put me down as a Miss.
When I went to view the property, the guy told me he was expecting a Miss (my surname).
I didnt feel brave enough to go along with it. I just said 'well, obviously thats not right', and I later corrected my details over the phone.

Still so shocked at how tiny and terraced a £175,000 house could possibly be, and in a crap area.
Im trying to do everything I can to get a larger 2 bed semi for a whole £50k less in a newly built suburban area full of lush green fields and a mix of massive posh houses with ferraris on the driveways, and then some lower cost affordable semis and terraces around the corner and easy access to frequent bus routes into 3 cities.
So many emails and phonecalls. So much effort. If I dont get it Im gonna cry so much.
