About to install X1...question--**ANSWERED**

I downloaded all the files to an external drive hooked to my internet computer.  Now I will move that drive to my DAW computer.  

Can I install directly from the external drive, or do I have to copy everything over to the C: drive?

    You can install directly from external drive. The installation files do not need to be on the C: drive for installation to work.
