Accessing Cakewalk Command Center

Am I missing something?  I rather assumed that CCC would be accessible from the 'Command Center' tab in 'My Account' once I had downloaded the installer and run it.  But it's still just a link to the download.  I can only seem to run CCC by double-clicking the .exe file in my download area and re-installing it.  Every time.  It works fine, but is this right?  It's a great download manager and this seems a rather clunky way to operate it.  What am I missing?

    Once the program is installed there should be an icon on the desktop, start menu (if you OS has one) or run it from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Command Center"
