Accessing the Console View Channel EQ

I'm running Sonar X2 Studio. Whenever I'm in the Console View, on each channel there is an EQ available. Sometimes I double-click on the EQ and it opens in a little window as it should (Sonitus EQ, I believe), but more often than not, it doesn't open, so I right-click and choose 'Show EQ Properties' - sometimes that works, sometimes I have to repeat the process to get the EQ to open.
Anyone else experience this? Am I doing something wrong?

Try checking your mouses double click sensitivity button. You can adjust it form your PC's control panel

If you've already used the PC Quadcurve Eq,  then as far as I know, there's no way to get back to the Sonitus

    No QuadCurve in X2 Studio.

Right - I'm in Sonar X2 Studio. No Quadcurve there.

I'd buy off on the mouse sensitivity maybe being a problem, but it doesn't explain why, if I right-click and choose 'Show EQ Properties', nothing happens (sometimes). If I double-click on effects in my effects bin, they come up fine.
