I like the treatment on guitars but on the vocal, drop some of the verb and bring the level up. Like the song. The tracking sounds good and clean.

Sounds nice, but I have to agree with Bret about the vocals. For me, they're hard to understand.

Nice execution on the guitar and vocals. I like that aggressive attack on the guitar. On the mix, yeah the reverb on the vox is a bit too wet. I would be inclined to keep the reverb, but as a bus with a send to it. Set the vocal track output to your master bus, dry. This will allow you to have more presence, but still get that ambiance you are wanting. Also there is a noticeable low rumble throughout the song. Sounds like maybe resonance from the guitar body. Did you have the mic directly in front of the sound hole? If so, try offsetting it more toward the bridge. It's a good song, and with a little fine tuning on the engineering side, could be outstanding.

Hi James , nice "in your face" guitar sound and playing, vocals sound a bit muffled compared to the bright sounding guitar. Greetings, Rik

I like the song but agree the vocals (which are good) are a bit back because of the reverb. I like the guitar sound.

Nice song. I agree with the others about the reverb on the vocals. But you're right to be proud of it. :)

I like it! I have to agree with the other comments on the vocals. They seem a bit to reverby to me. My latest attempt is also a 'man with a guitar' type song, and I think I went TOO dry on my vocals, so somewhere between us there's the right amount :)

Ditto with the other comments. Let me add that it seems that you have an idea how this song should sound, but somehow it is not all produced. Some parts are kind of dying of a full band. Very nicely sung and it is a cool song.

Very nice. Voice has too much FX and is too low in the mix.
