Acoustica Mixcraft problem? HELP!!

Anyone use Acoustica Mixcraft?

Ive got a problem which I never used to have and I aint changed any settings or anything

Ive recorded my drums and an intro, so I arm another track to add another guitar, when I start recording the drums start OK and ontime, but the other instruments are all coming in a couple of seconds late.


Anyone know how to solve this?
