Activate Auto-Scrolling

For some reason my auto-scrolling feature isn't working.  Meaning, when I'm in Track View, and the project is playing, the view won't scroll Left to Right like it used to.  I've looked in the Ref Manual, and can't find anything.

    Press the Scroll Lock key.
