Add a Vertical Scrollbar to the Track Inspector & Fix Layout

I'd like to request 2 changes be made to the Track Inspector:
 
1. Add a vertical scrollbar since sometimes it's hard to find a certain module (ie: in ProChannel view)
2. Consider adding a 4th tab to the Track Inspector. Right now, there are the "Clip," "Track," and "ProCh" tabs at the top of this window. If I select ProCh, then I can see the ProChannel view. Likewise, if I select Clip, I see the CLIP information. BUT, what if I don't have ANY of those tabs selected? Then I see my IO and Fader stuff. What's THIS view called? WHY doesn't it have a "tab" at the top?
