Add image to project file for displaying icons of projects, templates, etc.

As mentioned here:
http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3415439

Add an image and/or icon in the Project Info file along the other project metadata.

This image could be used as a thumbnail in a project folder, in templates on the start screen, etc.

The method in the post is a hack that works for now. But hacks are often hard to remember and when they become the 'standard' tend to make newcomers annoyed and frequent helpful posters work harder.

I'm neutral on this because there is such a large list of things to be done.
