Add "retry" button to "No audio devices found" dialog

My audio interface card has its own on/off button. Sometimes I forget to switch it on when I want to use Sonar. This results in a dialog box: "There are no audio devices for the current driver model on your system.". Sonar then starts without audio outputs.

This box only has an OK button. This means I'll have to press "OK", wait for Sonar to start, close  the Start screen, close Sonar, and start Sonar again after I switch on my audio interface card.

This happens to me a lot, because I use my setup for other things than audio processing and I keep my audio setup switched off when I don't use it.

It would be greatly appreciated if this dialog box could also have an option "rescan" I could press after I switch on my audio interface.

Pressing this button does not find Focusrite Scarlet 18i8 if it was turned on after Sonar was started so the only solution is to restart Sonar.  It looks like it does not "go deep enough".

I agree. But it's already been requested twice. Hope one of forum hosts will merge these threads.

I recommend checking if the same request exists before posting. Make sure you change the Time Filter drop-down at the bottom of the page from "30 days" to "from the beginning" before doing the search.
