Add-Track for track templates

The new Add-Track option come with Newburyport is nice and simple. I would like to see an additional tab for inserting from Track-Templates.

    I'm with that.  The minute I saw the "adda track" feature, I thought, "Now WHERE are the add templates tabs?"..
    So you saved me a post.
