Addictive Drum fatal errors

Hi all,

So I installed and activated Addictive Drums... works great and all BUT

Whenever I switch to a different drum style I get fatal errors... or whenever I drag and drop a midi Beat pattern into the Track view for a groove loop I get a fatal error.

Everything works, I just get these annoying error messages... anyone have any ideas? Or similar experiences?

I have Sonar 8.5.2 64 bit in Windows 7 64 bit...
Thanks,

Aaron

I'm interested in this thread here as I'm soon to go 64 bit. There is only one thing I could think of. Are you using bit-bridge or JBridge? I've read that one 64 to 32 bridge works better for some plugs than the other. Maybe worth a shot.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

I did not find one word about 64-bit compatibility on XLN Audio's web site. I take it it's possible AD doesn't work in a 64 bit environment.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

The thing is... it does work.

From what I can tell everything works.. I just get these annoying "Fatal errors" If I click ok a few times it'll go away until I change a preset or drag and drop a midi clip into the track.. then I get another fatal error than I click ok a few times and it goes away...

    Pretty stupid

Well...that's what I meant. Those fatal errors are surely not normal, right, and they annoy you, and they could be caused by incomplete 64 bit or W7 compatibility (?).

I dont know what could be causing your errors, my Addictive Drums work perfectly on Vista 64 bit.  I plopped disc in, installed and blamo it worked.

Did you install it into the default suggested directory? Or did you install it on a different hard drive?

I'm at work but I was just looking at this on my break, and I wonder if this would work for Sonar 64 bit in Windows 7 64 bit? I'm going to try it tonight after work....
