Addictive Drums 2 midi question

AD2 question. I've brought up a recording from awhile back and want to change the SI-Drum Kit to AD2. I do the step of replacing synth and change the drum list to addictive drums 2. When I open the AD2 window, I can click play and it samples the drum kits of AD2. But when I play the track on the recording, there's no sound from the AD2 on the track where the midi file is. I can hear playback on all the other tracks. When I undo and go back to the SI-Drum kit, there is playback again that I can hear from SI-Drum kit. Not sure how to get the AD2 set up to get AD2 sounds on the midi track. (Added question, I setup AD2 several months ago and haven't used it. Where do I find which kits I have, as I know I was able to pick and choose 2 or 3 kits at that time ... ex. Fairfax Vol.1 or Black Velvet?) Thanks for any assistance.
