Addictive Drums product key, where is it?

I am trying to install Addictive Drums, and the product key should be here in my account: https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Products, but it isn`t there.
Where is the product key?

    I have contacted Cakewalk support five days ago, but haven`t received a reply yet.
    Hopefully this gets solved soon, because the only reason I upgraded to X3 was for Addictive Drums.
    It is disappointing that I can`t even install it now. :(

    You'll need to be a little patient just now because of the store changes,  there's a lot of people with missing stuff that they're working through as well as the X4 new Sonar roll out.
