Addictive drums and step sequencer question

Is it possible to have step sequencer display the names of the drums instead of note names like with session drummer 3?

I know you can edit the names, but its a bit tedious having to do that in every project.

A drum map will change the names in the step sequencer.

Here are a couple threads of interest - drum map for AD

This points specifically to a post about SS issues and the drum map disappearing on me (can revert it by entering a dummy note and undoing it), the entire thread may be good to read. (I have not tried it again in X3d though)

I tried dowloading the files and installing them as instructed in the drum map link, but the tracks dont have any sound when they load through the preset.
