Adding instruments via the Newburyport add track button needs to be improved

When you add an instrument and it lists the synths to choose from, can this list show using plugin layouts rather than by manufacturer.  When you have hundreds of synths, the current method makes it more difficult to find the synth you're after.

Also, the instrument tab in the add track button needs an "input monitoring" check box just like the add audio track tab does - possibly between the "record enable" and "Open virtual controller"
