Additional Interface

Greetings, I have been considering adding an additional interface to my V-700 rig to get some additional / front mounted inputs. I see the AKAI EIE offers inserts but the new Quad Capture also looks like a welcome contender. My question is CPU load. Will either or both cause me to beat up the CPU? I know The Quad will use the same driver as the 700R so it seems like the obvious choice. Any thoughts would be great! Thanks! Binny
