Adds extra measures when i open a old project

Juyst went from Sonar 6 to X1 , when i open projects from 6 into X1 there are extra measures added to the end and the cursor continues without stoping . I use to record a little extra at the end of clip and this would solve it but it's not working . Any suggestions ?
