Adjusting Multiple Tracks

Had a search but couldn't find the answer to this one.
In Sonar Platinum can you select multiple tracks and:
a) adjust the height of the multiple tracks?
b) colour multiple tracks?
Or is it a one track at a time process?

a - select the tracks you want to adjust and hold ctrl+shift while you resize them
b - same as a

Also, if Auto Track Zoom is enabled (Shift+Z), you can adjust the height of all non-current tracks by just adjusting the height of one of them.

Absolutely Brilliant.
I had tried a variety of control keys but without the right combo - I noticed that the multiple sizing is only completed when you release the track you're sizing, so I probably would never have found it.
Also, Auto Track Zoom is great probably wouldn't have found that without the advice.
Thanks

Auto Track Zoom was one of my favorite added features for editing. I can leave all the tracks collapsed but then click on a track to see it in all its heightened glory.
