I haven't bought a computer off the shelf in quite some time. I build my own. I have a little advice though:

DAWs and VSTs can draw heavily on your processor and RAM. Be sure you don't skimp in those areas. I have a 6 core processor and 16G of RAM. When running Sonar 8, EZDrummer, EZMix and Amplitube all at once, my processor rarely get's used above 20%.

    Computer:
    MOBO-ASUS M4A88T-M
    CPU-AMD Phenom II x6 1090t 3.6GHz
    GPU-MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II/OC
    RAM-Corsair 8G, 1333MHz
    HDD1-SATA Hitachi 1TB
    HDD2-SATA WD 300G
    M-Audio Fast Track Pro
    Programs:
    Sonar 8 Producer
    EzDrummer w/Metalheads
    Amplitube 3
    Amplitube Metal
    EZMix 2 w/Metal
    iZotop Ozone 4

    Hi!
Any standard graphic card that desktop PCs come stock with these days will do (unless you also count modern video games among your passions).

Do you want an internal sound card or a USB/Firewire audio interface?
If the latter is the case the following (USB) interfaces in the 200-300 $ range do the trick fairly well:
M-AUDIO Fast Track Ultra, Roland UA-55 Quad-Capture, Focusrite Saffire 6 USB.

I have the M-AUDIO Fast Track Ultra.
When using 128 samples buffer size the latency at 44kHz/24-bit is 2,9 msec., which is pretty low. Naturally I do have to increase buffer size when exceeding like 20 tracks with VST plugins, though, at least for fluid playback.

My computer is a 64-bit machine with an "Intel CORE i7 860" CPU (Quad-Core) that I purchased two years ago. These models have become rather affordable by now since there's already i9 6-Core CPUs and what have you on the market.

I have 6 GBs of RAM. I'm working on a project in SONAR right now that has 34 tracks (of which 24 have multiple VST plugins applied). CPU usage is only around 30-35% at 128 samples buffer size.
Still, RAM is not as expensive as a couple years ago, so I recommend you to go with at least 8 GBs.

Also, you wanna make sure that you don't install your DAWs, Virtual Instruments, Libraries etc. on the standard C: drive (just mentioning, in case you're a newcomer to home recording).
'Cause that's where all the operating system's files are on. Partition your hard drive.

Please advise me with what...sound card...
    ...M- Audio Audio/midi Interface.
Apparently you already have a soundcard, i.e. your M-Audio audio/midi interface.  An audio interface has the same function as a soundcard and can be either internal (PCI-e) or external (USB).

Only 2 things I want is ====No Bloatware----- No free software that is only a trail version,,, otherwise best bet is Lenova, Asus or build it your self if your up to it. At least home built machines are free of corporate ****.

For graphics cards, make sure you get one that's passively cooled, you want to minimize the number of fans inside your computer

me and cfh1973 have the same processors, they dont skip a beat.
you can build your own desktop computer(one for sonar)for about 400+ dollars.
    why waste 1000.
look into building your own, your save over 500.
i have an onboard dual graphics cars that works just fine.
i have 8 gigs of ram/500 psu and a all shockmount fans and insulated case to keep the noises down.

this is where i go,its in boston, but they ship and they are all around the states

Three hard drives would be better.
One for OS, one for your music and one for samples.
NO green drives, all 7200 rpm drives.

    Cakewalk by Bandlab - Win10 Pro x64 - StudioCat Platinum Studio DAW - 32 GB Ram - MOTU UltraLite-mk3
    M-Audio Keystation 88ES - Akai MPD26 (hot-rodded) - Alesis DM10 - a few guitars, a few amps
Novation Launch Control - Korg nanoKONTROL2 - PreSonus FaderPort - DAW Remote HD on iPad
    Adam A7X - Behritone C50A
