Zircon encrusted for the refined gentleman, of course.
 
Yeah it hurts a bit the first few times, but you'll get used to it.

I do most of the work that way, but my lovely lady got me a trimmer for Christmas a few years ago and I love that thing for "deep cleaning" every few months.

I just grab one at a time and yank it out. Not as many tears as you'd think!
