After opening bundle files, tracks don't line up correctly.

I'm running Sonar Producer 8 on a Windows 7 box. I bundled my songs and transferred them, via DVD, to a box running Sonar Producer 8 with Windows 8. The files reside on the hard drive of the new box. When opening them, the tracks are out of sync on some of the songs, not all songs. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm curious, if you go to clip properties do they still show their start point values? I know they store as one big stereo wav, just never looked at this with a restored bun project.
