Album Cover - Project

So I've been listing to a lot of people on here do cover songs and like most of us I love them. It's so cool to hear another persons take on a song we all love and know. Which got me thinking (oops) we should pick an Album and cover it! So the idea would go like this, we pick an Album, lets say the Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. There's 13 songs on the album. Each person picks a song and covers it. The song could be covered exactly the way the artist wrote it or it could be covered in your own original version. We could create threads for each album and list the songs and who's working on them. Then when their completed we could have an Cover Album Release virtual party. We could even get super creative and an artist do the cover art. I'm sure there are a lot more details involved, like how to choose the Album and who gets to record which songs, but this is just a thought that I wanted to put out there for anyone interested. Also, say you're not a create drummer or drum programer or you suck at guitar solo's. You could ask others on here for help and in the liner notes you would add names or you could give your self a team name or virtual band name. Anyway....your thoughts
