Yeh I was reading a press release about some iZotope features in another DAW and there was Alex's name as the developer and working for iZotope.

iZotope (located just down the road from Cakewalk) and Cakewalk have had a relationship (CW licenses code created by iZotope) for a long time, and Alex isn't the first Cakewalk staffer to be recruited by iZotope. Don't know of anyone who made the reverse trip, though, which suggests that iZotope may be considered a more desirable place to work.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Great piece of info.

JazzSinger ProChannel mebbe uses iZotope technology? Just speculating... I've secretly suspected as much myself. It sounds toooooo good to just be a reworked existing plug...and I know it's not, cake's said as much...
