"Alien Power Downs" Stomdrum

I know this is a problem for NI but they are no help at all. Has anyone else had a problem with the patch "Alien Power Downs" in Stormdrum? Everything else works fine except for that one patch. I'v done everthing that NI said, well all they said was to reinstall the nki and nks files. And now there stumped. I have a feeling that other people out there have had this problem also.

    isn't stormdrum a sample set that uses NI Kontakt or Kompakt or some player?

    i don't know, but it may be a problem with the sample set and not the player

    ~stormdrum is from eastwest.

    huh?

    He said he contacted NI and they were no help, that's different from the supplier of the samples East/West SounsOnline whoever that is
    you really have to give them the opportunity to be of no help as well
