All cakewalk SI instruments dont show me any programs.. its blank

This goes for
SI STrings
SI Drum Kit
SI electrci piano
SI bass
 
they come up but theres no programs for them.  What can I do to fix this I need a gurus help

    you mean after you insert them (as Insert Synth>Cakewalk SI Drums, exc) the GUI pops up, but its blank ?
    If that's the case I suggest Windows update and possible Video card driver updates.
    (though these plug ins don't really use intense graphics or Open GL.)

    Im talking about the cakewalk VST's   the program browser is empty,, for all SI instruments,,,,,,,  program browser is empty on all of them.

    it works but theres no preset sounds so its mute,,

    Everything works perfect with Platinum 22.x.x
     
    Just the Cakewalk SI instruments works but there is no programs in the program browser.
    So no sound it gives.  All other VST's and kontakt Im doing fine with.

    So when you click on the arrow to load a program, it doesn't show any programs to load?
