All of a sudden, everything is in Mono

When I say everything, I mean everything... Sonar Producer 8.5.3, Itunes, youtube...  you name it mono.
 
I'm using a Firestudio project, TI chipset, WIndows Vista.  Can anyone help?  It did this once before a few months back, and then poof, it popped out of it, and right back into stereo!

    Is it possible that the output has been reset to some channels that are panned to center?

    Well, I re-installed the Presonus driver and it's back to Stereo.  We'll see what happens.
