All tracks got reset! Sonar PE 8.5.2

I was working on a song when I noticed the pan placements had changed for a couple of tracks. On closer examination, I found that all tracks had their pans set to zero and all volumes were now at zero. Curiously, the song didn't sound any different. I did not accidentally select everything and then change volume and pan. The song might have been created on an earlier version. Anyone seen that before? The only fix appears to be copying all the data into a new file? :( Thanks - rev

    Is there a "+" sign in the top-right corner of the volume and pan controls?  If so, then you have unwittingly switched to Offset Mode.  Press the "O" key to get back to normal mode.

    How are you inserting the pan changes? Track Envelope? On the synth?
