Almost 2 years later...

And I'm still receiving subpoenas in regards to those guys who broke into a house in the neighbour and whom I couldn't identify 5 minutes later...
 
20 months. This must have been my 6th subpoena. Is that what you call milking it?  
 
The good thing is that, this time, I called the DA's office directly and he told me I didn't need to bother showing up unless he calls me back.

I thought that a subpoena was a written order for someone to attend court? How can the DA verbally cancel that?

I don't know. I can't remember who exactly I talked to last summer, but they ended up telling me to stay home too. Which I appreciated after 2 times showing up in court for nothing.

With a poena (which can only be trumped by a superpoena).
