Alternative ways to submit bug report?

After taking the time to write up a bug report, submitting it results in:

The Internet is Broken . . .

or at least our little part of it is.
 
Is there any alternative way to submit a bug report to Cakewalk?

    IIRC the browser you use may cause this.

    Interesting. I use Firefox 27.
    What browser do you use to submit bug reports? Can you point me to any thread where this is discussed?
