Am I eligible for a discount when upgrading from VS?

I'm not quite sure which of the upgrade options I should be using to upgrade from vs to X1.
Here is a link to what I believe is the correct (and cheapest) option I have found on line.

    The upgrade path for Sonar VS to Producer is in the cakewalk store.
    $299 USD, not sure of the price with other currency.
