Hit Command + I/O Control to open the ACT property page for the VS-700C.

YW! You can also open any CS property page from the ACT module in the Control Bar. SP

I actually want to use it with another DAW. I could have sworn there was a standalone editor for it. I know that I edited some of the buttons a while back.

Yes, there is a standalone editor for the VS-700, which I actually find easier to use since you can't access the other editor outside of SONAR. The standalone editor is on the VS-700 install disc and must be installed separately. SP

Dude.....you are the man. Anyway you could PM me and let me know if the next version is gonna have gapless audio....vst3...easy midi mapping? I swear to god I would not tell a soul. I am running Stuido One now (please don't hate me) for my music production, and X1 for tracking from the booth. I would love to use Sonar for all again...... Your support is stellar, btw. I have had my frustrations with X1, but I have said before that the reason I stick around is the support. If you are ever in ATL, drinks are on me.

Just spent about 2 hours trying to figure out the process to get the stand alone editor in my computer. Just to clarify....is there a stand alone editor that will allow me to program the function keys on the vs700c? I want to use the 700c with a different daw. Man...Im burnt right now.

No, there is no editor for programming the keys on the VS-700C. The standalone editor controls the VS-700R. To use the VS-700C with other DAWs it needs to be run in standalone mode. Basically it runs as a Mackie Control in other DAWs. SP
