Am I the only guy having a problem with the platinum install ?

Hung up in "Setup-Sonar Platinum, Extracting files" . Progress bar has not budged in over an hour. I'm doing the full install. This happened with X3E. I'm never sure how to proceed at this point. I'm never sure if something from the first attempt will remain to compromise subsequent attempts. Any recommendations ? Thanks

Do you have any group policies restricting extraction in temp directories?

I don't know. It's just me a single user. I'm my own administrator. ( By the way, do you drive a Spyder ?). (Installer still hung up at same place at 4am. I think it would have resolved itself if it was going to by now.)

After you download Command Centre, right click on the icon and select Run as Administrator.

Being Administrator and elevating a program to run at Administrator level are not the same thing.
