yea I dont spend alot of time totally tweeking levels and stuff. I really just rather bang out the tune. I did lower the eniter outro of vocals at the end of the song, i thought it would help to "blend" all the parts going on there. Im really just a guitarist with alot of cool toys . Most people would kill for the studio I have but I swear Im just a hack!

If you have the studio you claim, (I'm not doubting what you say) you should take the time to learn how to mix and master. Just banging out another tune because you can't be bothered to learn a few things to make the current one sound better..... well, you end up with a bunch of songs that will never see the potential that they could have.... just because.....

My advice, the mix isn't all that bad, but it could be so much better. Learn how to do it.

I really like the vibe and the song in general, but the mix does need some work for sure. I also thought that the first part of the chorus was really strong, but lost it a bit in the last two lines - just not as punchy/hooky to me. It's good overall though and deserves a better mix.

personaly for me the bass is kinda missing... I will go back and remix from scratch. I broke the cardinal rule I mixed the song down after working on it. Its a big no no and I know that! Thanks for all the input guys!
