An X1 BitBridge Question

Does anyone know if BitBridge plugin windows have changed in X1? In 8.5.3 I'm not keen on the following:
 
1. BitBridge plugin windows are always on top of other (non-BitBridge) plugin windows. You have to minimize or close them to get them out of the way.
2. You don't see the usual plugin host buttons at the top of the window (ACT, solo, step sequencer etc) unless you press Shift when opening the plugin (a trick I just learned from Seth in another thread).
