Analyse Audio Sonar pro

Hi all,
I found a really cool feature  just after i purchased Sonar pro.
Drag an audio track to a midi then voila sonar converted into POLYPHONIC midi.
After a while I was mucking with Melodyne, updated played with it a bit ,left it and went to other tasks.
Anyway the upshot is , I went to use this really cool feature again and guess what??  No more polyphonic conversion only friken mono!! can anyone here help me out to get this to work again please!!
Cheers
Tim

The Essential version of Melodyne is monophonic only. Did you have the Studio or Editor edition installed previously?
